If you cancel registration after December 15, 2024; NCI will retain a $25 administrative fee.


Canceling registration after January 1, 2025 will result in forfeiture of Buffet cost (which NCI prepays the Hotel) plus 50% of the registration fee.

Our Mission...

The Northeast Clown Institute is a non-profit educational organization, open to all who wish to develop and/or improve their clowning skills.

NCI is committed to keeping our tuition costs down, so that the average person can afford to come and learn the clowning craft.

Our vendors are informative and helpful, bringing with them their clowning experiences and knowledge to share with the students.

The principal charity supported by the NCI is the International Shrine Clown Association's Sneaker Fund. This is the charity which raises money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children throughout North America. 100% of the donations collected for the Sneaker Fund goes directly to burn research.
